Chain maille is fluid and ever moving, making it look and feel like very little other jewelry. I call it wearable art, as each piece is hand created, so there is individuality woven into every
piece. What is showcased here is merely a sampling of what is possible. Please visit Inspirations
to see some of the many variables that can be integrated into most of the weaves and patterns. Personally, I prefer to personalize the piece to the prospective owners. This offers them a one-of-a-kind item, and allows me to design and create freely without the tedium of redundancy. It also means if you are like me, you can Finally purchase jewelry that will fit at time of purchase, instead of having to adjust it yourself once you get home.

I also strongly encourage you to visit the various chain maille pages, because most of the designs are interchangable such as a bracelet refers to a length of a finished piece, so it can be made longer for a necklace or an anklet. Instead of posting the same image in 4 different galleries, I will have them listed by the finished item as shown.

You will FLIP over this new exciting design. It is designed using non-latex rubber rings that gives color, and stretch.
This design also has an added surprise...
It is actually a 2-in-1 piece! This is the same piece as view 1, flipped inside out! yes 2 sides, 2 colors, for the indecisive inner child! The rubber rings come in many colors, including transparent! (See inspirations gallery for ring colors)
Since this weave has stretch, it is ideal for use as a bangle, as shown here. no clasps to fumble with, and durable. The rubber rings are a pleasing new addition. Watch for more of this!

The TQ shines again! This time, 4mm rose quartz rounds adorn this weave. It is smaller, understated, but still demands attention. These stones have a lovely glow that seems to come from within! Anklet length shown.

3mm Lapis stones are woven into this bracelet. It is also accentuated with fire finished blue glass hearts.
Turquoise Heishi beads are woven into this bold piece. Currently sized as a man's bracelet, it would also make a nice anklet.

This is a sample of what is referred to as unit maille. The pattern is worked into a single unit, and then the units are connected together to make chain or full maille. These units reminded me of shamrocks!
This Persian 3-in-1 was created as a gift for a lady. When it was picked up the man liked it so much, but felt it was a bit dainty for a man. Maille is actually designed to be worked into sheets, so i told him to make it wider is rather easy. Thus, the following piece was created.
This is a wider, bolder version of the Persian. It is 2 rows of the Persian weave. This is the male match, and is available as a set. Also set with a lobster clasp for men. The color options are vast and broad, only limited by clasp/closure colors, which is more limiting.
Horton Snort
The colors of this weave reminded me of Horton the elephant, and the name stuck. Fun, light, and funky, it too can be woven with fun colors.
